With an open concept between the living room, kitchen, and dining area, everyone can gather together here. The second floor living room is the perfect spot to escape for some downtime. Stretch out on the gorgeous velvet sofa to watch TV, or grab a seat in the comfy leather chair with your favorite book. The basement & game room is the perfect spot to have some fun in your downtime. catch the big game on tv, have a cozy movie night, or test out your ping pong skills!

upstairs, two additional cozy bedrooms separated by a shared living space wait to greet you Each bedroom features its own queen bed, dual nightstands, and spacious closets. One of the bedrooms also includes a desk if you need to knock out some office work. All of our bedrooms are adorned with thoughtful touches like memory foam mattresses, luxury white linens, ample storage, and stylish decor. In addition to the separate living space on this level, there's also a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
head down to the basement where you'll find a surprise - two additional beds! one full bed featuring a velvet headboard and adorned by gold sconces is comfy for adults and kids alike The second full bed is a bunk that's perfect for small children. We've even included hanging space and a spot for your luggage in this area.

the house offers a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster, and pantry to store extra food You will find a variety of Green Pan pots & pans as well as baking dishes and utensils to help with all your cooking needs. A spacious dining table just off of the kitchen lends plenty of room to enjoy a meal together.

our outdoor area is located within a large backyard lined by beautiful trees There are two decks - one off of the main living area, and one off of the basement. we've included plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the outdoors, and there's plenty of yard for kids to run around as well!
